An individual MUST be a Chartered Accountant or a licensed Certified Public Accountant or any country’s CPA equivalent to be eligible to take our 5-section certification test and receive the FCPA i(Forensic Certified Public Accountant International) designation.
Exemption
Candidates who have a licensed CPA and Certified in Financial Forensics may exempt from taking the certification exam and can automatically receive their FCPA. Simply print and fill out our application form and mail it in along with your first year’s dues.
Partial Exemption: CFE
Candidates who have a licensed CPA and a Certified Fraud Examiner may exempt from taking the following sections:

FCPA members are required to take 5 hours of Continuing Professional Development (CPD) each year for renewing their membership status.
